We only accept major credit cards on foreign

purchases. Foreign purchases are subject to

Unless otherwise requested, shipping will be standard UPS

 

Ground.  We will ship via Express Mail International or

Poriority Mail upon request. A valid shipping address is required.

Prices quoted on the website DO NOT include shipping

costs. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the

customer. Orders placed on line will have shipping

charges calculated manually and will be charged

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

It is your responsibility to determine that the part

or parts you order are the correct items for your

vehicle model and year. We will work with you in

any reasonable means to insure the product fits

your vehicle.
We cannot accept any returned goods without

prior approval. There is a 20% restocking fee on

any returned items that were  not defective

or were not shipped in error.  All returns must

be sent prepaid.  All sales are non-refundable

after 30 days.

Exchange cores must be in good rebuildable

condition.

WARRANTY

Unless otherwise noted on the product listing, all products manufactured or distributed by

Trail Tough Products Inc., are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship

for six months (6). If a product is defective and has not been modified prior to installation,

we'll replace it. This pre-installation warranty will include freight charges when a Trail Tough

error was involved.
