1.6 Liter Suzuki Engine Conversion Kit

Installation kits for performing Sidekick / Tracker engine conversions into Samurai’s using a 1989 to 1998 Suzuki Sidekick or Geo Tracker 8V or 16V 1600 engine.  Includes an engine adapter kit, high pressure fuel pump, and modification of YOUR 1.6 donor harnesses. These are of superior quality and are completely color-coded, labeled and ready to install.  Also includes modification and refurbishing of YOUR instrument cluster with speed sensor. (Does not include donor engine).   We are the originators and creators of these conversions in-house and have been doing them since 1991.  You will need to send us your 1600 donor harness – from the ECM out to the headlights as well as the 1600 engine room harness. We also need the speedo cluster from the Samurai only. (Your Samurai harness stays right where it is…)

NOTE: We need the donor harness UNCUT. Any harnesses that have plugs cut off, or have been modified previously may be unusable or have an additional cost to modify.
